Laser Tag Zone

Laser Tag is a fun and exciting activity where children can take part in a team or individual game using safe, infrared-emitting blasters to tag sensors worn on their vests. Players earn points by tagging targets and working together while enjoying an active, interactive experience. It’s designed to be a safe, friendly environment where children can build confidence, teamwork skills, and have lots of fun.

Safety is our top priority, and we have created a fun, welcoming environment where children can enjoy Laser Tag with confidence. Before every game, all players take part in a full safety briefing, with clear rules displayed and explained by our team. Each game is supervised by a marshal, who are present in the arena throughout the session to provide guidance, support, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Parents and guardians can also watch the action from our viewing screens, allowing them to see the fun unfold while their children play.

Yes – our Laser Tag arena is fully air-conditioned to help keep players comfortable while they enjoy their game.

There isn’t a minimum age requirement, but you must be 1.1m or above to play. We recommend that children under 8 years old and at least 1.1m tall be accompanied by a participating adult in the arena.

We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Booking in advance will ensure you get the time you want and that your whole group can play together. You can turn up on the day and we will get you into the next available mission.

Absolutely – our Laser Tag Tournament starts on 16th April 2026, and it’s open to all players aged 16 and under who are over 1.1m tall and ready for some high‑energy action. It’s a drop‑in tournament, so you can jump into the arena whenever you feel like showing off your laser‑dodging skills. Sessions are £3.50 for members and £4.00 for non‑members, and a one‑off £5 membership unlocks exclusive missions, perks, and lifelong bragging rights. Players under 12 will need a supervising adult. Bookings are live – claim your place before everyone else does!

Should your plans change, we are happy to move your booking to another date/time. To arrange this, please contact us as soon as possible.

There is a 24-hour window from making your booking where you will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations requested after this 24-hour period to all, or part of your booking, will result in you being offered the option to transfer to another date/time or issued a voucher. The voucher will be for the value of the booking and will have a 12-month expiry date. No refunds will be issued.

If you book within 24-hours of the booking date and time, you will not be entitled to a refund and will only be able to move your booking or receive a voucher. If you cancel your booking after your activity start time, no transfer or voucher will be offered.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes. Please be aware the following footwear is not permitted: high heels, wedges, heelys, flip flops or bare foot.

Our arena is one of the biggest in the south and can host up to 36 people at once.

To ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience, we will enforce the following rules:

• Only people 1.1m and above are permitted to play Laser Tag.
• No running, crouching, laying or climbing allowed in the arena.
• Every customer must watch the briefing video prior to playing.
• No physical contact with other players.
• No food or drink to be taken into the briefing, vesting or Laser Tag arena.
• No mobile phones to be used within the arena.
• Appropriate footwear must be worn. High heels, wedges, Heelys, barefoot or flip flops are not permitted.

Yes, it is accessible for anyone over 1.1m tall.

Our arena has been designed to be fully accessible and wheelchair friendly. To ensure you get the most out of your experience, we recommend that wheelchairs are assisted by someone to manoeuvre them around the arena. Large electric or mobility scooters will not be permitted.

Our Laser Tag arena and equipment are suitable for people who suffer from epilepsy and for those who have a pacemaker fitted. For other medical conditions, please seek medical advice prior to booking and attending.

Pregnant ladies can play at their own risk. We cannot guarantee that there won’t be accidental physical contact with others whilst playing. It is for the individual to determine if they feel safe to participate. 

We have seating areas where you can wait and indeed watch others play. CCTV will be displayed allowing you to watch the action as it unfolds. 

The Laser Tag zone offers a variety of vending options, including quality hot drinks, snacks, and cold beverages. Within Riverside Activity Zone, you’ll find a fully stocked and licensed bar, freshly made pizzas, additional snacks, and ice creams. Only food and drink purchased from Riverside Activity Zone are allowed on the premises!
