A classic party favourite, our sweet cones from our neighbours Sweet Ideas are a delicious treat – vegan-friendly options included – and a fun alternative to traditional party bags.

A simple upgrade that makes a big impact – glow sticks for every child to enjoy.
Balloon Stack
Make the party pop! In partnership with Dotty Dot Balloons, our balloon stacks can be personalised with the birthday child’s name and age for a colourful, celebratory touch.
General FAQs
Do we take deposits?
We cannot take any bookings without full payment. You are welcome to book in for the minimum number of participants and add to this nearer to the party (subject to availability).
Can parents join in on the activity?
For a bowling party, you are welcome to book additional lanes next to the party, this can be done online, or in house. Each Laser Tag party comes with two free adult slots for those who would like to assist and play along, you are welcome to add any additional adults for £10pp. Activity spaces are subject to availability.
What do the children wear?
Clothing and footwear should be appropriate for the party activities; all shoes must be sensible, clean, flat and close-toed (e.g. trainers). PS: The lighting in both the Glo-Golf and Laser Tag arena is powered by UV, this means the lighter the clothing, the brighter the glow!
Can I bring a cake?
Absolutely! Sparklers are not permitted; normal candles are fine.
Do you provide decorations?
We do not provide decorations. Your party area will be set up with cups, plates and napkins however, you are welcome to bring your own.
How long do we have our party area for?
You have access to your designated party area 15 minutes prior to your booking start time and an extra 30 minutes after the end of your activity. Please be mindful that we may need to clean and set up for a later party.
How do I add upgrades?
It is recommended to add upgrades at the time of your booking. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us through phone/email for more information.
Can you cater for allergies?
We can cater for most allergies, please let us know what these may be so we can provide further information.
What will happen if I want to cancel the party?
The party cancellation policy can be found within the T&C’s at the bottom of the webpage.
Do you provide invites?
Invites are included within all birthday party packages. These can be collected from Riverside Activity Zone during opening hours or posted to you for £3.
Can we bring our own snacks?
As part of an official party, you are welcome to bring external food into exclusive party areas/rooms only. If there is a guest with an allergy or dietary requirement you can supply food/drinks for them.
What happens if guests are late?
The start time of your party is firm so we would recommend encouraging guests to arrive 10 minutes early. If you start late due to late arrival, you may not get your full activity time.
Will I have a party host?
We do not party host, however the whole team will work together to ensure everything is running smoothly. The team are aways happy to help, please ask anyone to assist should you need it.
