General FAQs
Do I need to arrive early?
Your confirmation email will outline your activity start time, and also advise what time you need to check in at Reception for your first activity. Please ensure to leave time to get to us from the car park.
Can I book activities in advance?
Is there a discount for carers?
Yes, carers go free! We offer one complimentary carer admission with each paying concession, providing they can show proof of carer status or disability at check-in. If the carer wishes to participate in the activity, they must be added as an attendee to the booking, as availability is limited. To add a carer, please give us a call or send an email, and be sure to have your booking reference ready!
Is there a dress code for Riverside Activity Zone?
While there is no specific dress code, we kindly ask that you wear attire appropriate for your chosen activity. Bowling shoes provided by us should only be used if customers do not have suitable footwear, such as open-toed shoes, high heels, or heavily soiled shoes.
What happens if I'm late to my booking?
If you are running late for your booking, we recommend calling ahead so we can reschedule if necessary. Each booking has a set end time, and starting late may prevent you from completing the activity within the allocated time. Please observe your check-in time and ensure you arrive in plenty of time.
Are there discounts for large groups?
Groups of more than 20 may be eligible for a discount, depending on the booking time. We also offer a variety of discount packages, including: children’s birthday parties, corporate events and educational visits. Please complete the form here, and a member of our team will contact you shortly.
Are we allowed food and drink in the venue?
Yes, but please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue however, we do welcome birthday cakes or cakes for special occasions. Please be aware that food and drinks are not permitted in the Glo-Golf or Laser Tag arena due to health and safety regulations however both have seating areas directly outside.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, there is a lift at the entrance, along with the portable ramp for various areas within the venue.
